The Terásky Dvorce Bistro is located above the surface of the Habr pond near the family guesthouse Dvorce. The Bistro was created for our hotel guests, passing cyclists, hikers and simply for all lovers of good food.
All meals are made with fresh ingredients and a large part of them comes from our farm. Dvorce Biofarm has been farming the adjacent land since 1992. From the original five pregnant Charollais heifers imported from France, we now have 70 head of cattle in the pastures around the farm. The farm is located in the Protected Landscape Area of Třeboňsko, and therefore we like to respect not only the ecological rules of breeding, but also the conditions of the protected area.
That is why our products and products are of organic quality. The area in the Třeboň Basin is agricultural, fishing and forestry, there is no industry, therefore the air and agricultural land around Dvorce is in great condition. We select young bulls at the age of two years for the restaurant.
Elderberries, limes and rosehips grow in the pastures for homemade lemonade and teas, as well as apples and pears, which you will find in our desserts. In the gardens we grow vegetables for the kitchen of the Dvorce Guest House, mostly lettuces, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, peas, pumpkins, chard, spinach, rhubarb, but also herbs, blackberries, cherries, raspberries and currants.
The nearby woods grow blueberries for the much-loved blueberry pancakes, and porcini mushrooms, which in season are used to make kulajda, beef on porcini mushrooms or porcini risotto.
